An implant is a small titanium root placed where a tooth has been lost, left to fuse quietly with the bone, then crowned in porcelain made one floor up. Done well, it is the closest dentistry gets to growing the tooth back.

The assessment
A 3D scan maps bone, nerves and sinuses to a fraction of a millimetre before anything is decided.

The placement
Usually forty minutes a tooth, under local anaesthetic or sedation. Most people are surprised that was it.

The quiet months
The implant fuses with your bone over eight to twelve weeks. You wear a temporary — never a gap.

Made upstairs, matched in daylight, fitted without cement mess or guesswork.
